Alvin R. Wohl (1931-2013)

Al Wohl practiced before federal, California and Nevada trial and appellate courts for over 45 years.  He completed more than 100 trials including one of the largest lost profit jury verdicts in Sacramento County, a landmark case against the Commissioner of the IRS, and he was lead counsel in a unanimous decision from the California Supreme Court in an insurance case.  He successfully represented and advised clients in matters involving corporate and partnership disputes, fraud claims, contract disputes, construction defect, tax issues, fiduciary breaches, real estate litigation, securities litigation and insurance bad faith claims.

He was the founder and senior partner of the firm Wohl Cinnamon and Hagedorn before joining Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP as Of Counsel in 2006.  Al retired in 2011 and passed away in 2013.

Al was a man of integrity and his commitment to being the best lawyer possible earned him the respect of his colleagues, judges and his clients.  Today, Palmer Kazanjian strives to carry on his legacy of hard work and exceptional service to others.
