Hallie Spaulding is a Senior Associate at Palmer Kazanjian, and joined the firm in 2023. Her litigation practice emphasizes employment and business matters and counseling, including complex litigation. Ms. Spaulding has conducted trials, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings in a broad range of employment, real estate, and business law cases. Ms. Spaulding has authored appellate briefs and published articles in the mortgage banking and labor industries, and has successfully obtained several zero dollar awards with the labor commissioner’s office. Ms. Spaulding graduated with great distinction from Chapman University School of Law in 2008. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2005.
