Hallie Spaulding is a Senior Associate at Palmer Kazanjian, and joined the firm in 2023. Her litigation practice emphasizes employment and business matters and counseling, including complex litigation. Ms. Spaulding takes a client-centered approach, focusing on client communication and analyzing claims with her clients’ goals in mind to achieve the most effective and favorable outcome. Ms. Spaulding has excellent advocacy skills and places a strong emphasis on early resolution — weighing the business interests of her clients in resolving matters without the need for protracted litigation.

Ms. Spaulding has conducted trials, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings in a broad range of employment, real estate, and business law cases. Ms. Spaulding has authored appellate briefs and published articles in the mortgage banking and labor industries, and has successfully obtained several zero dollar awards with the labor commissioner’s office. Ms. Spaulding’s practice includes Litigation involving Claims of Harassment, Discrimination, Wrongful Termination and Retaliation; Non-litigation involving Labor Compliance, Employment Contracts, Handbooks, and Audits; Mortgage Banking and Commercial Unlawful Detainer; Real Estate Litigation and Construction Defect Claims; and Small Business and Breach of Contract.

Ms. Spaulding graduated with great distinction from Chapman University School of Law in 2008. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2005.

Ms. Spaulding is admitted to practice in all California Courts (U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California). Ms. Spaulding is licensed to practice law in California.
