Spencer Hodson joined Palmer Kazanjian as an associate attorney in 2023. His practice focuses on complex business transactions and general corporate matters.

Having worked for a well-established international law firm with clients around the globe, Mr. Hodson brings cross border merger and acquisition and corporate transactional experience to the firm. He has experience representing buyers and sellers in a variety of corporate transactions, including private equity, strategic acquisition, and lower middle market deals. Mr. Hodson also helps owners finance business interests through debt or equity and advises on a variety of general corporate matters. Often, he acts as outside general counsel to growing business interests who require a wide range of legal advice. Mr. Hodson combines his experience working with large corporations with his passion for his local community to bring the highest quality service to all client engagements, including local businesses.

Mr. Hodson graduated from Stanford Law School in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2017 where he studied a wide range of subjects, spanning from philosophy, English and American literature to finance and business management.
