CASEY BLANAS, Senior Associate

Casey Blanas joined Palmer Kazanjian as an associate attorney in 2018 and has over ten years of practice experience.

Having served as judicial clerk to multiple judges in Nevada, including as an extern in the Nevada Supreme Court, Ms. Blanas has invaluable perspective regarding how to reach and persuade a judge. She has represented clients in courts throughout Northern, Central and Southern California and defended employers in the full gamut of employment litigation matters, from individual discrimination and harassment claims to wage and hour class actions that involve thousands of employees. Casey has advised and represented employers in a variety of industries, as well as public sector employers, and worked with numerous businesses who have a unionized workforce.

Palmer Kazanjian’s clients value Casey’s ability to draw on multiple years of experience to carefully craft employment policies and contracts that will protect their interests. She brings with her a background preparing written agreements in a variety of practice areas. California employment law is constantly changing, and Casey is confident helping businesses properly navigate the ever-shifting landscape and making sure our clients are up to date. She understands the best thing she can do for our employers is to ensure compliance, and she most enjoys helping them work through the more complex labor and employment challenges that inevitably arise in their operations, to set them up for success.
