Associate
Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP, a Sacramento, California-based Labor, Employment and Business law firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney. Qualified applicants will have strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in California, 3-5 years of litigation experience and strong writing and analytical skills are also desired. We seek excellent communicators who work well in teams while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Law Clerk
Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson a boutique Labor, Employment and Business Litigation Law Firm is accepting applications from current 2nd or 3rd year law students interested in a Law Clerk position in our Sacramento office.
This is a part-time, temporary opportunity requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. This will depend on your availability. Compensation is competitive in today’s market and position has immediate availability.
Responsibilities:
Perform legal research.
Draft legal memoranda and case assessments.
Create client marketing materials, including articles and presentations.
Compile, organize, review, and analyze legal documents.
Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Requirements:
Must be able to write persuasively by combining arguments and facts
Must be able to analyze issues
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
