JULIA CRAWFORD, Associate
Julia Crawford joined Palmer Kazanjian as an associate attorney in 2024. She defends and advises employers on a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Crawford represented clients in employment and labor law cases. She gained valuable experience advocating for clients through all stages of litigation. During law school, Ms. Crawford was Executive Productions Editor of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal (now called UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice). Further, she published a legal academic paper called Imposter Syndrome for Women in Male Dominated Careers and held many organizational positions, including President of American Constitutional Society and Vice President of Diversity Initiatives for Employment and Labor Law Students Association.
Ms. Crawford graduated cum laude from the UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings, College of the Law) in 2021. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science with minors in Law, Society & Justice and Human Rights.
Ms. Crawford is licensed to practice law in California.
