COBRA Premium Assistance - Employers to Take Action by May 31

Our latest newsletter, available here, explains a new COBRA notice requirement that many employers will need to satisfy by May 31.

Action is required by any employer that, since November 1, 2019, has involuntarily terminated an employee or reduced an employee's hours, in either event causing the loss of employer-provided health coverage.
