Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP will be hosting its Trending Issues: California Labor Law, Immigration, and Risk Prevention seminar. The session will be presented by Treaver Hodson, a partner at Palmer Kazanjian Wohl Hodson LLP, Michael Wang, managing attorney at Wilner & O’Reilly Law Firm, and Richard Langton, Regional Vice President at Bowermaster and Associates Insurance Agency.
Mr. Hodson will be focusing on recent updates to labor and employment law, including recent California and Supreme Court cases.
Mr. Wang will be discussing immigration status as a protected class in the workplace, as well as general compliance. Mr. Langton will focus on liability insurance, risk management, and the importance of safety in the workplace.
