As we were preparing to publish this newsletter on Monday (12/21/2020), Congress passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, more commonly known as the COVID Relief Bill. The President is expected to sign it into law today (12/22/2020). We will be publishing another newsletter soon covering the employee benefit provisions in the COVID Relief Bill.
