In 2021, California family leave laws will be changing significantly. From the elimination of the NPLA, to the expansion of the CFRA, to the possibility of extended COVID-19-related leave, there have been many leave law developments in 2020. These are important changes to be aware of when considering how to implement leave policies and how to approve leave requests for employees. This presentation will cover the updates to the CFRA and other types of frequently used leave that employees may be entitled to.
